The apartment was amazing: with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and more storage space than we have at home. The place was spotless clean, and it had a washing machine. The pool was great; with towels and service at the pool. Great options for breakfast, from Indonesian to Western,’it was all there. The staff was super friendly! Went out of their way for us. And the room service was quick and tasty!

The location is perfect. I stayed in a beautiful room on level 88, and the view was absolutely stunning. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend taking a dip in the swimming pool — it's truly fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the restaurant team is just as outstanding. I absolutely loved everything about this hotel and I was quite sad to leave. The staff were amazing - so kind, friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious, with class and elegance- but yet comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit western or Asian palates. There is an all day alicante menu with great choices of starters, mains and desserts. There is also a pastry cabinet located in the foyer fir a mid afternoon snack. The location is very convenient...a close walk to MRT station block A or even a small mall. Nothing was too much trouble and I highly recommend this hotel. Shhhh don't tell too many others!
