Surrounded by nature, Mirabelle Joglo Village is a property situated in Karimunjawa. Each accommodation at the hotel has sea views and free WiFi. We had the pleasure of staying at Mirabelle in August and it was wonderful. The setting is incredible and the rooms are decorated and maintained to the highest standards. Laurent is an extremely helpful and friendly host who was able to help us with every aspect of our trip. Laurent actually told us our stay wouldn’t fit with the boat timetable and spotted that we would need to spend an extra night somewhere else. The service of Mirabelle was brilliant and everything is clean and tidy and unobtrusive, giving you the sense of privacy but also being looked after. Laurent is really knowledgeable about Karimunjawa and travelling in Indonesia and is full of insights into the island, culture and history. He was able to book island hopping for us and advise us on the best spots to go! The room itself was stunning and like something from a fairy tale. Four poster bed, traditional roof, beautiful clean bathroom, air conditioning - all to the highest standard. Laurent sorted us out mopeds which allowed us to travel the island - it was really safe and I couldn’t believe that you didn’t even need to lock them up or use a key as stealing is so rare! The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day - we were also given a beautiful takeaway breakfast for the boat ride back home. The only problem with this was that it was so delicious that I ate my partners as well while she was sleeping and got told off!! Very helpful staff and the hotel is very clean. They pay attention to the small details. The hotel has its own foundation with which they set up educational initiatives for the local population. We joined a lesson for children. Very nice!

La struttura è pulita, la colazione varia ed abbondante, il bagno all’aperto in camera è da provare. Tutti dovrebbero venire all’Ayu Hotel almeno una volta nella loro vita. Eryl e Marco ti fanno sentire a casa, anche dall’altra parte del mondo. Consigliatissimo!
