It was on the most beautiful beach, the bungalows are adorable and right across from the clear, turquoise water. The facilities are simple, but very well maintained. We loved that it is family run and were extremely well fed and taken care of by them. We visited during the off season, so even though it was one of the most affordable options on Togean Islands, it felt like a luxury experience since it was so quiet and peaceful.

We upgraded for a little bit more to the best rooms category after we arrived. The standard rooms were very rustic and the middle category are not available on booking, but you can upgrade to these as well. They take care of their beach every day ( plastic and debris removal); the staff and owner are super nice and speak good English. The food is great with the obligatory fish and rice for lunch and dinner, but the add different vegetables and salad with it every meal. The reef, which ist still healthy to 75% and is just off the beach is fantastic and you can snorkeling around the e island in 1-1/2 hours. We paid 500,000 rupee for the pick up in Kandiri, which seems to be the going rate, but you can also take the public boat from Ampana, which stops at the village near Bolilinga, which you can see from the island. Our stay was super relaxing with nice beach chairs and hammock at our front porch. The evening action was always watching the sunset sitting in the little hut at the end of the pier, supported by an ice cold Bintang beer. Life couldn’t be better.

Beautiful little resort on a tropical island. Food was simple but well prepared, mainly fish. I have to say - the fish dishes were some of the best I ate ever. Nice snorkeling straight off the beach. The staff are nice and helpful, especially the dive master Is and the lady that cooks the food. This is a tropical island in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect western style luxuries, The diving is reasonably priced and good quality. Perfect for a few days "off the grid". BTW... the wifi was pretty good.
