This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the room was remarkably comfortable with city view. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice of various indonesian food. Erika ( supervisor) and her staff was very kindly and friendly. Would definitely recommend Thank you!"

Very comfortable and clean hotel! there was however a musty scent when we entered the room (like stale air). We enjoyed the breakfast - very good spread and variety of options. The gym was slightly small but still usable for us. There was no swimming pool though we did have a good view of the swimming pool (by Four point sheraton) from our room (which is a plus point!)

The staff are quick-witted and friendly. I went to stay in the hotel because my house is under renovation for about 3 days, and it was worthwhile to experience. The room is spacious, and breakfast is various and delicious. They do have a swimming pool and gym, but I wasn't able to bring myself to experience it, too lazy to do it. Overall, it was a good experience and perfect, so family-friendly.
