The place was absolutely stunning, with complete amenities and beautifully detailed decor. The service was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. I’ve had my share of staying at airport hotels in Jakarta. This one is one of the best of all. Comfy bed, hot water in the shower, clean, convenience store is a stone throw away, warm hospitality, on time- ish airport shuttle. Only about 3 mins late. Not bad at all. Early breakfast for early flight. Which is very much welcomed and highly appreciated. Thank you. It was a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! All the staff were great, but the one who truly stood out was Amelia at the reception. She was incredibly kind and welcoming,her unique, warm smile made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Amelia is definitely a great asset to the hotel and was very accommodating throughout our stay.The hotel itself is conveniently located right next to the airport,which was perfect for our travel plans.The facilities are new, modern, and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!
