I booked my stay at Le Grande through Booking.com, and unfortunately, the customer service on Booking did not reply to any of my messages prior to my arrival (and they still didn’t do it), which left me feeling frustrated when I got to the hotel. However, the incredible team at the reception completely turned things around. They were so kind, professional, and efficient, handling the situation in the best possible way and ensuring I felt welcomed and valued. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. I want to especially thank the amazing reception team, the bellboys, and the housekeeping staff for their outstanding service. Their warmth, attentiveness, and care truly made my stay exceptional. Thank you, Le Grande, for an amazing experience! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

Very large room, friendly staff, I purchased the buffet for the week and it was definitely worth it, the main reason for staying at this hotel was the gym. The gym was solid with plenty of machines and free weights. I would come back again..

I liked my stay, peaceful & great view. But the free Breakfast choices were limited for vegetarian & to add on other sides or options was overpriced I know Bali prices b cause Ilived in Ulu bf & now in Ubud.

Best Surf Camp Ever – I Can’t Wait to Come Back! KALA is hands down the best surf camp I’ve ever been to, and I’ll definitely be back! The location is perfect, I could walk to Uluwatu (litteraly a 2 minit walk). The staff was so helpfull and polite. I stayed in the 2-bed dorm. The rooms are new, super clean and the beds are really confortable. It includes breckfast ( eggs, bread, and fruts ) exactly what I needed before surf. About the SURF CAMP: Whether you're a beginner or an experienced surfer, the techers really helps you improve fast. I was doing classes every morning and also in the afternoon if I was not too tired. The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious, and the vibe is super relaxed—exactly what you want in a surf camp. This place offers the ultimate surf adventure, and I couldn’t recommend it more. If you want the best surf experience, look no further—this is it! I will be back next year for sure !!! I already miss Friday's sunset sessions and the Saturday BBQ.

The hotel and staff were amazing in fulfilling my request to arrange flowers and spell out a message on the bed. The setup exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the extra effort they put in. If you have any special or custom requests, the hotel management will gladly go above and beyond to make everything perfect for you.

This villa is like a secluded tropical paradise right in the heart of Uluwatu but nestled aside from the streets. The staff are so incredible kind and thoughtful and the rooms, pool, eating area are all clean, comfortable and exactly as listed.

It’s a beautiful and calm place to stay

I loved the room with all of the flowers scattered around. It was well decorated and had everything I needed. The pool area was also amazing, and it felt so serene and relaxing.

Can't fault anything with this place we had a truly great experience. The best aspect is definitely the small staff team they have. Very friendly, welcoming and it's really nice seeing the same faces each day as it adds to the stay. really added a nice, unexpected element to our stay. The facilities are beautiful, brand new and all the small details are done very well. If you surf like I do this place is heaven - you open the blinds in the morning to the main surf break and you are 10 steps from a really nice cafe. Overall loved it and we will be back if we get the chance.

Honestly I felt so special staying here. Like proper VIP treatment. I ended up extending another 3 days simply because I was just having the greatest time and was treated so fabulously. All the staff greeted me by my name every day which just made the trip so personal and comfortable, especially for someone travelling solo. I ended up hardly leaving the resort at all as everything I needed was there. The views made it very easy to stick around and everything was incredibly beautiful. The yoga and pilates is a MUST if you are staying here - the views are out of this world throughout the resort but espeically from the lower deck where you do yoga and pilates. It's included as a guest of the hotel which is really great, The staff reserved a poolside bed for me each day as guests of the hotel take priority - the pool club is open to public but it wasn't ever crazy or over the top it was always such a great vibe each day. The aesthetics of the whole place are just fabulous. My room was spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast each morning was delicious and they even had gluten free bread for me which was very helpful and appreciated. Cocktails were very tasty and different but I loved all of them. I basically sat by the pool every day and soaked up the beautiful service from Ulu Cliffhouse. I would rate this place an 11 out of 10. A huge shout out to the manager Blake who went above and beyond to make my stay in Uluwatu extra special - his knowledge of what to do and where to go in Uluwatu was greatly appreciated. He's an asset to the team and makes the whole place go around. Another shout out to Iluh and Ebi who had the biggest smiles on their faces the entire time and treated me so lovely. I really apprecaite their service and they made my stay very special. Also Johnny at reception bought such a cool vibe to the hotel too - he was friendly and warm and just a good vibe. I cannot wait to come back here.
