Frances was a lovely host (we just spoke on the phone). Booked last minute and arrived late as I needed to stop and stay someplace overnight, as travel distance was too far on motorway. The room was very comfortable, kettle, water, and tea was available in room, which was perfect for a quick rest stop for the night before a early morning start. Room was pretty too. It is room only, no breakfast etc, which suited me fine. Had a nice cup of tea and a biscuit before continuing on.

Amazing staff! They went out of their way to help us get back and forth to wherever we were going. Everyone was super friendly and eager to make our stay pleasant. Location is great. Food was superb, best meals we have had yet! Excellent service.

A nice location and a wonderful staff. We had a two bedroom unit which was spacious and well appointed. The location was a quick walk to downtown and the beach. The breakfast buffet was also great for our family. Very easy access to the cliffs of Moher.

From the moment we arrived until we left, Nellie was amazing. Our family of 9 arrived later than we hope and we’re starving. Nellie got on the phone and called a local pub/restaurant and asked if there’s stay open for us - which they didn’t. We popped down there (The Ritz - delicious food and friendly service) for a bite and a pint! Our rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast the next morning was delicious and just what we needed to start our day !

We arrived and instantly felt welcomed by Thomas, who avowed us to see the rooms and the views we would have. He then spent quite a bit of time talking to us about the hotel (family built and continued family ran) and the wonderful village its located in.

Corrofin is a small village it is well maintained.

Corrofin is a small village it is well maintained. The locals were very friendly. Corrofin is fairy central for visiting the Burren and walking trails. It has an information centre. It also has a camping and motorhome site with a very informative manager. There are limited options for evening meals with some not opening until Thursday.

Corofin is a small town and very rural.

Corofin is a small town and very rural. Lots of cows and sheep but that is what I loved about it. The views were fantastic, the people warm and welcoming! It is close to other towns so we were traveling a lot to visit other areas from our location. We will be back!

Superb location over looking a lake and close to areas of...

Superb location over looking a lake and close to areas of fantastic natural beauty. Let down a little by rather dated decorative order-great modern kitchen and bathroom though...and everything worked! Great for the Burren and the Wild Atlantic Way as well as being close to the county town of Ennis. Good experience of how a traditional Irish cottage was but with modern facilities.

It's amazing experience great property fantastic location. Few things can be improved but its minor like clothe dryer or chairs outside or spices and salt as nearest shop is a bit of drive. But nevertheless it was like staying in museum . Great place. Will definitely be back
