Ocean Breeze Apartment is located in Lahinch, 6.9 miles from Cliffs of Moher, 26 miles from Dromoland Golf Course, as well as 26 miles from Dromoland Castle. Perfect location, quiet street with a short walk to town
Nice quiet wee town, but central for sight seeing, it was a comfort knowing we were going back to a nicee restful bed and breakfast at the end off the day and had a good breakfast in the morning😀. We went to Moher, have walked both sides now, left hand side is a stone path, righthand side is steps with tarmacadam to come back down, easier.we also went to Lahinch and Bunratty Castle to visit. In Lahinch, The Stone Pub is a great place for an meal, very busy. There are lots of burger bars to get take away from and supermarkets in Ennistymon.
I would not stay at the Station House in Ennistymom. We had reservations and was running late and thus host was extremely rude and yelling so loud that my husband could hear her over the phone. We did not feel comfortable staying at this facility.
Great cafe's & places to eat such as "Oh La La" & "The Cheese Press" plus interesting bookshops like "The Salmon Bookshop" & "Banner Books" Very welcoming community, everyone up for the chats. It's also close enough to Lahinch beach but far enough away to get away from the madness of the beach in high season.
Lovely colourful quirky town with several arts and crafts shops. It's just two miles from the busier Lahinch seaside town. There's a beautiful woodland (glen) walk to the rear of the Falls Hotel in the centre of Ennistymon, that loops back around to the town. Also has large Supervalu and Aldi supermarkets. The views from the old graveyard overlooking the town are fabulous and you can see the Atlantic Ocean from there. Falls Hotel is lovely and central to stay and there are many B&Bs in the area.
Ennistymon is great. Lovely cafes, savage places to eat, bookshops & other art related independent shops. It had a really nice local feel to it, helped by the welcome from the locals. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It's just away from the madness of the more touristy towns. I would definitely stay there again.
I liked the little shops especially the German bakery and the organic/vegan stores and options. Had a nice glass of wine at Byrne’s on the terrace and returned for dinner - it was a beautiful evening. Staff were excellent. Shame that the little pubs were not open as it would have been nice to hear some local musicians and singers.
Great food, room and facilities Brilliant customer service from a very professional and friendly team....they got everything right from Reception to housekeeping. There were a number of small things they did which sets them apart from most of the Hotels I've ever stayed in....and I've done a lot of travelling pre-covid.

Hosts were very agreeable. Cottage was peaceful and very well maintained. Facilities were very good. Location was excellent. 5 min walk to Ennistymon village and 5 min drive to Lahinch beach. 15-20 mins to Cliffs of Moher. Half an hour to Burren National Park. Accommodation was clean and very comfortable.

Superb location, just a few steps away from the main street great pubs, restaurants, a few quirky shops. Take a stroll along riverside walk (entrance at laneway beside Byrne's restaurant) which leads up to the Falls Hotel. Bar inside hotel has fab views overlooking town &waters below.

The host was most welcoming & even though we ran late on our check in-time, she happily accommodated us. The accommodation was great & in a perfect location. Close to Ennistymon & its great cafes & welcoming community but also close to the beach of Lahinch

B&B on the outside, hotel on the inside. We were staying for Day 2 of a wedding and had stayed in the Falls the night before - I’d argue this place was nicer! incredibly clean room, newly refurbished, well stocked, kind owners and stunning breakfast 🥰
