Set in Listowel town center, 0.6 mi from Listowel racecourse, Behan's Horseshoe Bar & Restaurant features an on-site restaurant, bar and free WiFi. All rooms have a flat-screen TV. We’ve been treated so well by everyone here. Accommodations are beautiful. Location is excellent. The fish and chips were the best I’ve had. My husband said his steak was perfection . Mags behind the bar made us feel like family. Diarmuid cooked a lovely breakfast each morning. I haven’t one negative thing to say. We’ll be back next time we’re in Listowel.
Located in Listowel, 3.2 miles from St. Erc's Well, Derry House provides accommodations with a garden, free WiFi and luggage storage space. I cannot say enough about this property. John and Betty could not have been nicer hosts. The attention to detail was incredible. If they owned houses all over Ireland I would only stay with them. Sad to leave but I would definitely go back. Awesome! Eileen and Todd
I stopped at a B&B here because I was concerned about making the ferry across the Shannon. However, I think it would have been doable even circumnavigating the Dingle peninsula same day, and crossing in the evening would leave visitors better poised to see the Moher cliffs in evening and/or morning (i.e., better chance for weather clemency).
We had a fab night in The Horseshoe Bar. Live music and beautiful food. Would definelty recommend anyone traveling through Listowel to eat there. We did it he cliff walk in Ballybunnion the next morning. It really is one of a kind. Stunning scenery!!
Absolutely the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Rude reception, expensive, bad bed, small room and dusty room. Turned on the television and it was in standby mode because it had not been turned on in such a long time. Probably the best place in town, but not worth the aggravation.

We travelled to Listowel for a few days break after our wedding. Everything about this B&B was fantastic. During our stay I also celebrated my birthday and on the morning of my birthday I got a lovely surprise of breakfast in bed with a mimosa!! The room was cleaned daily. The location of this property is perfect to explore the lovely sights and many pubs of Listowel!! The hosts were very accommodating from the start to end of our stay.

Great communication with Teresa prior to us arriving and she greeted us on arrival and showed us around. Also, since there was no one arriving on the day we were leaving, she did not mind us leaving the cottage at a later time. The place is excellently located in the heart of Listowel but away from the noise.

An unbelievable good B&B. I've hardly experienced a better one. The very friendly host Pierce made us feel very comfortable and had an excellent recommendation for dinner (Allo's restaurant - 41, Church Street - Listowel). The breakfast was outstanding: being served in the Bakery!!

Everything, how clean and tidy our room was as well as the guesthouse itself. The breakfast was amazing. Could not of asked for anything better while staying in Listowel and over the road from the house my father was born.

We stayed at at this hotel on our way from Galway to Dingle. Our room was very comfortable, and quiet which is important to us. We had dinner in the dining room, Pasta Bolognese, and I have to say it was excellent!
