Modern and very good and everything they said worked out, lovely place in a very good central area, Breakfast was excellent and better than a 5 star hotel in Killarney, we stayed in two days earlier.

Perfect welcome, it felt more like staying with friends than at a guesthouse. Bill and Anne are genuinely warm and attentive hosts. The room was impeccably clean, and everything needed for breakfast was thoughtfully provided. The setting itself makes a difference, with a beautiful view that enhances the whole experience. I would happily recommend this place to anyone, and we will certainly return.

We really loved our stay in Castletownbere. The house is in the perfect location, only a short walk to nearby restaurants, shops and pubs. It provided a great base for touring local areas such Allihies, Bere Island and Eyeries. The surroundings are stunning and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax. The house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway in West Cork.

The house is fantastic and Lizzie is very kind. There's free parking right in front of the house and a SuperValu(store) right next. It's a shame I couldn't stay there for more days.

The scenery around the site is incredible! Mike and family are very welcoming. It is very basic but Mike messaged to state that before arriving, the road can look daunting but it is well managed and you just needs to take it slowly.

Absolutely immaculate accommodation with lots of space and very friendly and helpful management. Well over and beyond the call of duty I'd say. Arrived late but it was no problem. Left to our own devices on the whole with advice on trips when needed. EXCELLENT.
