Their two pet dogs added an extra touch of warmth — super friendly and absolutely adorable! The location is away from the hustle and bustle, which makes it perfect for relaxation. I had a self-drive car, so commuting to nearby spots was easy and flexible. All in all, Rustic Roots is a wonderful stay — serene, homely, and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and experience true countryside hospitality!

Fresh room, big and comfortable bed. Quiet location, not far from the center by rickshaw. Everything was working fine, all the toiletries were available, even dental kit. Bathroom has all the options for indian and western style. The owner was really helpful, he provided valuable information about the Golden Temple and also local food. He was going to tell me about the temple in 10 minutes but it still took close to half an hour, shorter version probably was hard to achieve :)
