The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing sleep. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their attention to detail. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety, and the quality exceeded expectations. The hotel’s location is another big plus — very convenient and easily accessible, making travel around the city effortless. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I recently stayed at Ginger in Srinagar, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The property is stunning and perfectly captures the beauty of Kashmir, but what truly made the stay unforgettable was the hospitality. Mumena, at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her warm personality and genuine care added such a personal touch-she's honestly one of the best hospitality professionals I've met. From helping with check-in to recommending local spots, she made us feel right at home. Her kindness and bright smile were so refreshing, and it's clear she's passionate about creating a great experience for guests. I'd highly recommend Ginger to anyone visiting Srinagar, and I'll be back someday, hoping to see the wonderful team-especially Mumena-again.
