Front office manager Manoj and his staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, going out of their way to accommodate all our requests. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless while maintaining a genuinely friendly demeanor. The hotel's location is perfect, with convenient access to local shops and attractions. The modern rooms match the photos perfectly, featuring comfortable beds and excellent amenities. The security measures and beautiful layout add to the overall appeal. This hotel offers outstanding value for money with fantastic service and a prime location. The staff's warm hospitality made our trip to Chhatarpur truly memorable. Manoj was a perfect host. He spoke brilliant English and helped me enormously, keeping my motorbike secure. He also organised a delicious evening meal for me and took the time to chat with.me and make me feel at home. I had an early start and Manoj was more than obliging to provide toast and jam at 5.3pam in the morning! What a star! I left with a smile on my face happy with a brilliant stay. The room was spotless as was the shower. The whole place is clean and tidy. Manoj who is Indian, spend 25 years in Europe and it shows. His mix of understanding India but also seeing what only Europeans see when they go to a place. I could not recommend Shivansh Palace Home Stay and marriage garden highly enough. Exceptional value for money. I would certainly go again.

Good location a short walk into town. Very friendly host, and a small hotel feel. Rooms were good. We felt well looked after. We used the bikes to go down he southern temples which was good fun.

I booked for 2 days ended up staying for a week 😄 I love this place so much! It literally felt like home. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. I had my best night sleep here and I have been in India for 2 months. The owner Jugal is soooooooo lovely we chatted a lot he used to visit Japan a lot and Jeetu was sooo helpful he made me coffee every morning 🥹 One evening I had a little bit of a sore throat so he made me a ginger tea. Any issues I had they helped straight away. I love this place so much and I cannot recommend enough!
