There is a reason why this hotel has got the highest rating in this city. Impeccable services, extremely hygienic, superb hospitality! The staffs are extremely courteous, very helpful. Since we had a late flight, we checked out and kept our luggage in their clock room. We needed things from our luggage multiple times , and the staffs never looked irritated or refused to help each time. They were so helpful. Very prompt response by the housekeeping staff also. We were amazed at the service. The hotel has a very modern look and is super clean. The facilities like the roof top restaurant is a must visit during the winter months. Very calming ambience.

I had a lovely stay at Super Collection O Mourigram Near Andul Road! The rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly polite and always eager to help. I really appreciated their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel’s location is also perfect — close to Howrah and very convenient for travel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I had a pleasant 3-day stay with my family at this hotel in Kolkata. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent right near the taxi stand which made getting around very convenient. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable. I wish I had time to take some photos, but we were too busy. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in this area.

Everything. The food and beverage manager was wonderful. Felt like home when he chatted. In addition, the receptionists were friendly, well groomed, and presentable. I loved the fact that they were very coordinative and proactive at the highest order. The waiter Ashmith was very helpful in the evening. He is one gem of a person. In addition, Faisal, our breakfast server, was really good with his service, too. Kudos to the waiters, too. Overall the staff was excellent. Would recommend people to house themselves here if they want a complete Calcutta experience.

They need to arrange a certificate for booking the foreigners guest . Today they don’t have it and booking.com should be inform this information in their site as well. Unfortunately, I booked this hotel and but I could not stay there as they said they cannot confirm my booking after they saw my passport. Anyway, I will manage another hotel to stay in the kolkata
