hotel is good food was top class but I feel staff should change their behavior towards guest and should help the guest best way possible.

Our experience was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Mr . Binod Kumar was really Cooperative and soft spoken. The room and washroom were clean and neat . The stay felt value for money and safe as well . Overall great place . Thank You.

lovely and great first impression of hotel, great value for money. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Beautifully maintained hotel near Westend Mall, Aundh. Peaceful atmosphere, luxury interiors, and great cleanliness.

The rooms are good based on the price point. The shower had hot water, they have smart TV and rooms are spacious compared to the price point.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff specially behaving like family member, lovely and great first impression of westin resort. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
