1) If you are planning to visit Ellora caves, please dedicate one full day for Ellora caves or else you cannot cover all caves. Visit Ellora first, spend whole day and then in the evening drive to Ajanta, stay in Ajanta, see ajanta the next day. This will be a good plan. 2) I wonder why Ellora caves are not one of the wonders of the world. This is injustice to Ellora caves. I was astonished by the beauty of Ellora caves. Every Indian must see these caves to know how advanced our ancestors were. Ellora caves are architectural marvel. We should appreciate, the person who dreamt of it and got it executed. 3) This also shows that, if there is no TV or Laptop or Smart phone human being can achieve lot many things.
The caves are not to be missed, simply stunning. They easily rivaled Ankor Wat and reminded us of places in Egypt. One day is not enough to see them all. Stay at Elias Hotel so you can spend the maximun amount of time in the caves. I guarantee you will need more time than you think. There is a lot to see!
