I had a pleasant 3-day stay with my family at this hotel in Kolkata. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent right near the taxi stand which made getting around very convenient. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable. I wish I had time to take some photos, but we were too busy. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in this area.

The rooms are simple and compact—almost like dorms, but with an added privacy.SUPER clean, staffs are young and friendly.Communication was easy. What impressed me the most was how convenient everything felt. Metro at walkable distance.My travel across major tourist spots was absolutely free, and on top of that, they have partnerships with restaurants where we enjoyed ₹100 off or sometimes even a full free meal. Honestly, what more could you ask for? Highly recommended to every backpacker out there.

VIVANTA hotel is a great place to stay, with professional well trained personnel with great heart and a proactive customer care approach. Rooms are big and super clean and the room stewards are super nice, kitchen and restaurant personnel highly committed to offer you the best experience.
