The rooms are squeaky clean and spacious. Hats off to the staff for maintaining the rooms so well. The hosts Pratibha & Vijayan Nair are welcoming, thoughtful & helpful. Awas beach is just an 8mins walk away. The property has a little lawn to play badminton & a carom board. We had a peaceful & serene stay here. The meals were tasty and perfect for the 2 of us. Vijayan Sir recommended a lovely place for dinner. Both of them are always available on the phone and ever ready to help. We would definitely recommend this place for a weekend stay.

This place is part of a row house project located at the end just at the foot hill of the mountain. A very recreational place. The facilities and pretty good and clean. Mr. Sanvidhan hosted us very well. He ensures all our needs are met and is very proactive. The rooms are huge and very clean. The area is very quiet. Food can be ordered by swiggy or zomato or the owner will arrange it for you. They have a kitchen , pool table and a swimming pool which can be used at ur convenience. Overall a great stay.
