New house, spacious and comfortable room and bed with a fully new big bathroom. All very clean. The surroundings are outstanding, the house is at a mango farm and it’s surrounded by trees and relax spaces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals are ordered for home delivery through them and they were very tasty :) totally recommended place to stay, a peaceful area of Ratnagiri

The hotel is really new and in a great condition. Super clean and the rooms are very big, the bathrooms also super modern. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The location is not very central but some restaurants are at a walkable distance.

Great option, if you want to be near the railway station, as it is only a 10 min walk away and easy to find. It is run by a lovely family, the room is spacious and spotlessly clean, wifi works, aircon too, there is plenty of hot water, the beds are super comfortable and all windows have fly screens. In addition to that, mami cooked us a tasty complimentary breakfast, poha with tea! Full points from us.

I loved my stay here, the owner was an incredibly nice person and I have so much gratitude for the help he gave me during my stay. I arrived to a perfectly clean room with everything in working order. I have done quite abit of travelling and have stayed everywhere from Michelin key resort in Mexico to not so great hostels. I can tell you now that nowhere has been near this level for value for money! The guest house is located in a quiet area which I really needed after abit of overwhelm in Mumbai. Its only a 15/20 minute walk from the train station and you will see cows and dogs doing their thing and feel "ok, this is india!" The vibe here was completely different to Mumbai, it's much more hospitable and people are happy to see a foreign face. The food prepared at the homestay is exceptional and priced really well! Much more than I had ever expected. I had originally only planned to stay 2 nights but decided to stay longer as I know that it will be very hard to find such a high quality standard for this price anywhere else! The room is spacious, comfy bed, nice cool air con and just a really nice, homely vibe! Honestly if you come to Ratnagiri this is the only place you should consider! I would stay here 11 times out of 10! Please support this business as the owner is so caring and passionate about providing the best experience for his guests! I love it here!
