The hotel is new and my room was very nice. It was big with a city view, comfortable bed, very good bathroom and the cleaning was excellent. The staff was also very nice and helpful. All very good.

We already informed we won't have buffet , but he did not reduce price of room , as we left early . Water was not available for taking bath , phone was not answered as I wanted to get ready . Only 1 sample soap was given and other was asked .TV was not working . Name of the hotel is not as in booking order , it is surya grand hotel ...
