The place has a great backdrop of mountains and hills. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The management is very responsive and helpful when needed. They have caretakers who are very friendly and helpful. Spacious and well lit. The terrace upstairs is pretty neat and adds to the charm.

We stayed at this villa during Christmas for 2 nights, and it was a great experience! The villas has everything that you will need to hangout and spend time with your friends and family, right from badminton rackets, net and shuttle, cricket bat-ball-stumps, carrom board with coins and powder, uno card and board games. The caretaker is also very kind, he allowed us to checkin early as we arrived early and the previous occupants had already left. He also setup a christmas tree and decorated it. The location is also good, its hardly 10-11 minute walk from the Neral station. The pool is a great amenity to beat the heat but during winters, its only good to dip the legs and chit-chat. We also did a one day trip to Matheran, by taking share taxis from the Neral station. There are restaurants delivering to the villa and they provide good food with both veg and non-veg options. Supermarkets and snack shops are nearby so you won't face problems with your grocery. The kitchen is also equipped with all necessary utensils and cutlery. The rooms also had ample extra blankets and pillows. Overall a great stay under a budget at a peaceful and good location, definitely recommended!
