Had booked this place randomly as I had a hospital visit and was done on a very short nice. Was initially skeptical as I am not familiar with the hotels in India. Especially traveling with a 11 year old daughter who freaks out at the mention of butterflies, mosquitoes or any insect, she found the place just as per her choice. Truly amazed by the hospitality. Down to earth, easy to communicate and always ready to help is what I would define the team in Karippals. Thank you for making the stay pleasant and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for where I needed to be near Kottayam. The hotel is relatively new and everything was modern and clean. I was able to enjoy a great dinner in their restaurant, great Wi-Fi, and wake up refreshed the next morning. The staff was very hospitable and helpful.

Very bad property. There is no tv working in the room. Very bad toilet. Booking.com has no response from customer service. Untidy pillows and bedsheets. Staff behaviour is not appreciated. After all they collected extra money.
