Liked the lights near the bed & the the emergency torch. Then coming to the service (Dweep/ Archana/Neha & Saurav the Manager) look after their guest as a family. Breakfast was very nice. On the whole a hotel which is 3 star but with a 5 star service.

Puna es una capital de progreso. No solo hay industria clásica que ya lleva años instalada, sino que se está convirtiendo en un poderoso centro de las tecnológicas en India. Mejora por momentos y los servicios aumentan. Ten en cuenta que no deja de ser una ciudad hindú, con sus aciertos y sus contradicciones, un línea de metro en plena construcción –que desmadra el tráfico en algunas zonas–, pero con unos centros comerciales y de negocios que no tienen nada que envidiar a las grandes ciudades del planeta.

Pune es una ciudad moderna, muy cerca de. Bombay. No la encuentro caótica como otras ciudades en India. Yo principalmente estuve en las afueras de Pune, en un Ashram, por motivos de meditación.

Got an upgrade and liked the size of the room. Thanks to sandeep, the sardarji who made my checkin super smooth and ensured that I got upgraded. Shashank from f&b, took great care of me and showed immense concern as I was really sick for 1 day with high fever and throat infection. Ensured he kept checking on me and asking me if needed to goto the doctor and made special congee rice and Kichadi for me to eat. Hats off to Sandeep and 3 cheers to Shashank. Will surely visit and stay again when I am in Pune.

The resort is exceptional. But that's not why I give it a ten. The staff were unbelievably kind and attentive. From arriving very early to leaving very late, they went out of their way to accommodate me. I really have never been treated better anywhere in the world. I would recommend this complex to anyone
