The rooms were spacious,clean and the staff was very professional

The hotel is cleaned and good condition. The staff is nice and helpfuly. The restaurant is good also the price.

The worst ever staffs behaviour was witnessed on our arrival....They wanted the entire payment before checking in....I am astonished to see the rude and stupid behaviour of the front desk manager even.... Pathetic!!

The staff members of the hotel is very polite. I face the issue of double payment made to the hotel but the person from staff name Mr Imran has resolved the issue very gently . It was a nice stay in the hotel . would recommend everyone to stay in the hotel Thank you Team Manor

This hotel lives up to expectations in every way.Lovely rooms with great bathrooms,nice amenities,attentive service,great food,(we at the restaurant twice),we will come back and stay at hotel radiance again next time we are in Bareilly. Location -just adjacent to bareilly railway station.about 50meters only you can come easily from the station by walk and there is no problem of transportation ,every time you will get autos, Ac busses etc outside the hotel radiance Bareilly.

I like staf behavior And cleaning is so good

I had a very good stay. As a female solo travel I felt very safe. The rooms are quite new so everything was super clean, especially for India :-). Can definitely recommend this place.
