The location of this hotel is somewhere not so great place, but the hotel is amazing especially the staff is very good compared to most 5 star hotels that I stayed in Kolkata this is the best experience that I had. Especially at the reception there is a guy named Pokraj he is super polite and very professional which I highly appreciate along with him in the Dinner buffet there was a guy named Aritra his service also impressed me and in the breakfast buffet also the staff were really well behaved. Basically all the staff were super well behaved.
