I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the staff to the facilities, everything was very, very good. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, housekeeping was excellent, and the breakfast was enjoyable with good quality and variety. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the check-in experience. Normally, check-in at hotels takes a long time, which can be quite annoying—especially when you arrive tired and just want to rest as soon as possible. However, this time was completely different. I arrived around 4:00 a.m., and if I’m not mistaken, Mr. Samee handled my check-in. The entire process took only about 3 minutes, which was extremely satisfying and very much appreciated. This was honestly one of the best check-in experiences I have ever had, and it made my stay start on a very positive note. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying again in the future.

All the staff in Reception, room service, housekeeping and bellboys were excellent. Special mention for Aishwarya Jaiswar, Amol (Reception who helped us check in), Rama Mausi in housekeeping. If staff provides good service then other minor things are always let go by guests. Keep up the good work.
