The staff were fantastic. Despite the overload, the reception staff was great. They were super requested until I had to go to the hospital and arranged for a request.

Everything was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I explained that I wasn’t feeling well, and the receptionists immediately went above and beyond to help, even offering to get me sparkling water and anything else I might need. And then came the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel — simply outstanding! A true 5-star experience from start to finish. Without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my trip to Italy. Exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guests. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Accomodation is perfect, clean and spacious. Guy at the breakfast (which is very good) is fantastic.

The rooms are great - big, new, clean, spacious and minimalistic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s close to the city- with car it’s very convenient. The voucher for G-beach is amazing! Don’t skip this beach, it’s beautiful, secluded and exclusive! We went in early June and it was amazing- picturesque, luxurious, crystalline water and not overcrowded- probably due to the high prices- a set of sunbeds and umbrella costs 80eu there, BUT with the voucher from the hotel - you get it for FREE. Overall great value for money! Thank you for hosting us!

Breakfast was spectacular so much choice. Dinner and wine was sensational and so much choice and perfectly cooked.

We enjoyed our stay in the Masseria Relais Santa Teresa, the hotel is well-maintainted, clean and suitable for couples as well as for families. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and simply but nicely furnished. The bed was big and very comfortable. The hotel's location is a major advantage. It is situated in a peaceful area, yet only a 10-minute drive from beautiful beaches, sightseeing spots, and charming towns like Nardò.

The beach is very beautiful. The hotel has several green areas for walking the dog. I really enjoyed it.

Their environmental is amazing, everything is perfect and I had a smooth experience

New and modern aparthotel, was a pleasure to be there. Marvelous breakfast.

Very well located and top restaurant

Exceptional service. The staff especially Alessandro, Giovanni, Aurora even the general manager and the rest of them from reception, to restaurant staff and housekeeping. We were not only greeted warmly but they went beyond the bar to accommodate and help us with our activities and other questions. Location was so good. Private beach front, walking distance to the restaurants in the centre. Hotel and rooms were very, very clean and well maintained.

Location Cleanliness Staff Breakfast

Everything! Location, exquisite facilities, super clean and amazing staff! Special shoutout to Stefano and the lady at brekky! Breakfast is really good, and you have beautiful beach right in front of the hotel. Parking is available and you can take a walk to the historical town through the promenade. Loved it! Thank you M&F!
