웰컴음료의 뜻밖의 권유부터 손님들을 대하는 디테일한 서비스가 잘 메뉴얼화 되어 있구나 하고 느껴졌었는데 머무는동안애도 모든 직원들의 몸에 베인 친절함이 좋았다. 다만 복잡한 복도 구조를 보고 처음에 누군가가 동행해서 방을 확인하고 보여주는 서비스를 줬더라면 하는 아쉬움도 동시에 들었다. 세사람의 우리 가족이 머무르기에 적합한 방의 구조로 독립된 드레스룸의 잘 정리된 섹션은 효율적인 느낌이 들었다. 미리 셋팅된 사과는 맛도 있었고 이 지역이 주요한 사과생산지 알토 아디제 임을 새삼 다시 떠오르게 했다. 수영장, 사우나, 석식, bar 등이 오성 호텔 다웠다.
