The personnel and the location, but also the fact that we were able to place the bikes in a safe place during the nights we stayed at the hotel without having to worry about leaving them in the car.

The location is stunning! Arco is visually impressive, the mountain dominates the territory and magnetize the attention. This hotel it is just below it, within a beautiful private garden, making you perceive the view is all yours to enjoy. And still within 5 mins walking distance you can enjoy the sparkle and liveliness of the city centre. The hall has huge window glasses that makes you feel melted in nature and the breakfast room benefits of natural lighting. Staff is welcoming and rooms are renovated.

Everything was perfect ! Staff at reception and restaurant is soo friendly and cooperative. Staff , pool , restaurant , access to all points is soo easy ! highly recommended for families

The room size and the bed was amazing. Very helpful and nice stuff. The breakfast table was unbeliveable. Free parking. Sure we go back to this hotel.

Super convenient location, great breakfasts, very polite staff

We really, really loved everything! First of all, the hotel is in a great location - near the city center - just a few minutes by car, and it’s right next to grocery stores. The hotel offers excellent bikes for rent, with much better conditions than those offered in the city center. We were impressed by the cleanliness and order throughout the hotel—the yard is beautifully arranged, everything is clean and always tidy. The staff deserve 10 out of 10—every day the housekeeping lady greets you with a smile, every kitchen worker greets you with a smile, every member of the staff greets you with a smile—it feels so warm and welcoming, like being part of a family. Our biggest thanks go to Arianna for all the help, care, and such a pleasant stay! We recommend this place to everyone—you definitely won’t regret it! :)

Nice breakfast and the location of the hotel.

The breakfast was sensational. Food was fresh and healthy. There were many choices including choices appealing to children that can be approved by parents. The fragrance of complimentary bathroom products which were also on sale.

Good hotel. Very tasty kitchen- breakfast and dinner. They have a offer for dinner it was 4steps menu. It was delicious! Good location,close to the city centre. In room is included the bicycle and this was very nice to ride around the town. Spa centre is nice.

everything about this hotel was spectacular! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the spa was superb. Overall an extremely relaxing trip that felt like a retreat. The hotel grounds are so serene and the breakfast was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We were thrilled to discover this hidden gem in the charming town of Arco. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything. The staff were phenomenal, breakfast was sensational, pool was great, parking was secure, bedroom immaculate and a great size. Can’t say enough how excellent this was. Would love to return.

This hotel excels in everything. The best one we found in the given region. We had a great time staying there, not just because of its pleasant rooms looking onto the mountains and grapeyards, but the care and attention we were encompassed with. As a nice surprise, we got a room upgrade by our arrival. The owners were available and helpful all the time, not to mention offering a pretty beneficial online transportation card can be used for local & pick-up services, plus also some sights in Trentino. The breakfast was rich and delicious, making us to be curious about the hotel's dinner service. Its restaurant is popular both amongst turists and locals rightly. We got addicted too. Next time we visit Lago di Garda, no question, we're going stay at Hotel Rolly again:)))
