Staff where brilliant ,. Nice outdoor pool ,under cover secure parking. Very clean and a bar A few minutes drive to restaurants. Better than stopping by the lake

Great location everything in Arco is in walking distance, including restaurants, cafés, as well as the river and mountain activities.

We really, really loved everything! First of all, the hotel is in a great location - near the city center - just a few minutes by car, and it’s right next to grocery stores. The hotel offers excellent bikes for rent, with much better conditions than those offered in the city center. We were impressed by the cleanliness and order throughout the hotel—the yard is beautifully arranged, everything is clean and always tidy. The staff deserve 10 out of 10—every day the housekeeping lady greets you with a smile, every kitchen worker greets you with a smile, every member of the staff greets you with a smile—it feels so warm and welcoming, like being part of a family. Our biggest thanks go to Arianna for all the help, care, and such a pleasant stay! We recommend this place to everyone—you definitely won’t regret it! :)

Great , clean, amazing,good price

The breakfast was sensational. Food was fresh and healthy. There were many choices including choices appealing to children that can be approved by parents. The fragrance of complimentary bathroom products which were also on sale.

Good hotel. Very tasty kitchen- breakfast and dinner. They have a offer for dinner it was 4steps menu. It was delicious! Good location,close to the city centre. In room is included the bicycle and this was very nice to ride around the town. Spa centre is nice.

Kind and very helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms. Area was also nice - small town with cozy mediaval streets with nice athmosphere.

Located close to the start of a mountain walk (just cross the street) and to a small convenience store around the corner. Very friendly staff. Small terass with lovely view (see picture).

The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the lake and has exceptionally friendly staff. The location is perfect – only a 5‑minute drive to the town and the beach, and within walking distance to a grocery store and a couple of nice places to eat. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options and a stunning view to enjoy while dining. The staff were always eager to help and went above and beyond to make our stay truly enjoyable. A lovely afternoon tea with delicious desserts included in the stay.

Clean, cosy and comfortable. Excellent location in the old centre. Barbara is a wonderful host. A family run hotel for almost 100 years. Loaned me a bicycle which was great. Highly recommend staying here. 5 stars….

Amazing location - the view from the window was mesmerising. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was excellent.

Very friendly and uncomplicated host. Perfect communication. Special extra goodies like fresh ice tea and a free room upgrade made our stay very comfortable.

The breakfast is superb. The silence and discretion deserve a top rating. The customer service is excellent. It's good that there's an underground parking option. The hotel is a great base for trips. The Wi-Fi works well, which is unusual in Italy.

The breakfast was the highlight, best breakfast we have ever had.

Loved the apartment! We came with two kids, the pool area was wonderful! Isabella was the greatest hostess! We would definitely recommend to all coming here!

The breakfast was excellent, as was the location where it was served. I mentioned the problem to the owner, who was very understanding. Because of this, she also reduced the price of accommodation a little.
