Excellent hotel, great value for the money. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Very friendly hosts. Parking in available. Couple of nice restaurants nearby. Also two big supermarkets and one ski cabin.

Basic but comfortable for an overnight stay. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast served next door was the best breakfast I've had to date in my travels.

Hope this will help others to make their decision. When i saw the score i was hesitant to book this place but i did and i am glad that i did. First of all you must understand that this place is not new and you will see some marks of time here and there but cleaning staff is doing amazing job by keeping everything clean and nice. Regarding the rooms- i had standard double bed room not far from reception with included spa(bath robes, slippers) and breakfast/dinner. The room was clean with all basic items that usually can be found in hotel rooms. Spa area is modern with few saunas, showers, relaxing area and pool. I was using just saunas and cold water showers after long day on slopes and it was extremely relaxing. Cant comment on pool. Food was good. Nothing exceptional but defiantly not bad. Standard breakfast with selection of meats, cheese, eggs, bread etc. For dinner ...two options of pasta, different appetizers, fish and meat dishes etc. The biggest plus of this place are the people who work there, during my one week stay everyone was extremely nice, polite and professional. And the closest lift is just 3min walking distance. To sum up- check what kind of room you are booking and if everything what you need is included. Embrace the beautiful nature outside. Don't expect everything to be brand new. Enjoy your holiday

Very comfortable stay in Livigno. Recently renovated rooms which were of exceptional build quality throughout the hotel. The views were great which only added to the enjoyment of our stay. Very comfortable room, super quiet and soundproofed, very safe, very clean, breakfast was plentiful and amazing selection for all tastes. But above all excellent hosts. Very genuine, sincere and clearly hard working. They were incredibly kind and helpful so we really enjoyed our stay with them.

Very nice hotel, great breakfasts with food made freshly after an order. Great location, close to the main walking area in Lovignio. Underground parking is also a plus. Rooms clean with a nice view from the balcony. Skiing storage lockers are private.

Fantastic hotel, 10 minutes walk to the center of Livigno. Nice room with balcony, cleaned daily. Good breakfast. And Fausto always willing in a good mood

Beautiful location, modern facilities but still very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they really made you feel at home and the food was plentiful and delicious. The spa was fantastic, such a treat at theme of a long day skiing. One of our favourite ever hotels because it felt luxurious but homely.

Such a wonderful place and the whole experience! Every smallest detail is so well thought, the hotel is so clean, new, cozy, and stylish. We had a huge room with great facilities and amazing shower. Breakfast was delicious with many healthy choices, as well as afternoon snacks, ski room so clean and spacious, bus stop just in front of the hotel. Alessandra and the whole staff made our stay just perfect! Thank you so much :)

A wonderful hotel a short distance from the bustling city. The spa area at the hotel is comfortable, calm and beautiful. Swimming pool with warm water, 2 types of saunas. The hotel staff is friendly and very caring. The menu is varied, with a children's menu.

Very beautiful and modern hotel with a touch pf luxury. The spa was small and cozy, really liked the resting area near the pool with the mountain view. Views are excellent from all the rooms.

Our towels and bedsheets were changed daily, the room was very warm and of good quality, we could opt in for diner with a few hours notice, the staff gave us recommendations for the area. I would go back :)
