A wonderful apartment and wonderful hosts! Everything was sparkling new and clean. The apartment is on two levels with kitchen, dining and couch on the first level and bedroom and bathroom on the second. A lot of care has been taken by the hosts to provide a lovely, warm and welcoming space. It is possible to self-cater but we eat out. We were walking the via di San Francesco when we stayed here.

The location is perfectly positioned—close enough to Gubbio for easy exploration, yet surrounded by the tranquil countryside we were seeking. We appreciated having convenient access to various tourist attractions while maintaining that peaceful retreat atmosphere. A major plus was the pet-friendly policy. Our papillon was warmly welcomed and enjoyed the stay as much as we did, with plenty of space to explore and roam freely. The Bellavista apartment at Agroturismo Marano strikes the right balance between comfort, natural beauty, and accessibility. It's an ideal base for experiencing both rural serenity and the region's rich cultural offerings. We'd definitely return.

All the staff were super welcoming , and friendly. Our room was renovated to a high standard.The views were amazing, it felt like you were in the middle of the countryside yet only 5 minutes from the motorway. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast….9 homemade cakes on offer.

What a beautiful place! We didn't know what to expect, the photos in the listing looked great but it seemed like a new listing.... When we arrived we were absolutely surprised by the beauty of the small (very small!!) town and the high quality and attention to detail of the apartment! Everything was perfectly placed, perfectly beautiful and functional too. The small town has 13 inhabitants! And it's in absolutely pristine shape! We felt as if in the middle ages but with all modern comfort and convenience! Wow! Also the views from all windows are amazing! Umbria at its best! And the best of the best was the view from the master bedroom: a close up of an authentic medieval tower! Really, this was unbelievable! The suite is super modern, super comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly, actually everything works perfectly and it's super clean. We felt at home and didn't want to leave. Unfortunately there were other reservations.... But we are definitely coming back. Barbara and Mauricio are very friendly, real, helpful people. They welcomed us with their hearts. Thank you, thank you!!!!
