Excellent assistance and policy with regard to the reservation given our delay in arrival after bad weather and no ferry.

I loved staying at Hotel Orientale. The staff was externally helpful, they helped to book trip in nearby cities with local agency, helped arrange taxi and overall were creating such warm and hospitable atmosphere, I felt home away from home. The location was excellent, close to the sea but also to central cathedral, shops, supermarket. Restaurants. The room was nice size with all comfortable facilities. I enjoyed this hotel a lot.

The hotel is new, super clean, and the rooms are very comfortable, especially the beds, we slept really well. Breakfast was great with a nice mix of sweet and savory options, and the lady serving breakfast was very caring and attentive. Even though there were some road closures around the hotel, the staff reached out in advance with clear and detailed instructions, so finding the place was easy. There are also several parking spots right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient if you're arriving by car.

The hotel was very central near plenty of restaurants and the bus and train station about eight minutes away from the hotel . The breakfast was good with plenty of options. We arrived around 12 in the day, check in was at 3 but our room was ready so they let us check in early which was really great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was great for a one night stay, nice having someone on reception instead of self check in. Nice breakfast available if required. Friendly staff. Suited the purpose for our one night stop over.

Quiet place with secure parking near to the ferry port. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. If you arrive at night the personal will arrange self check -in with very clear instructions so you not worrying about the anything.

A magnificent swimming pool and great garden. And cable TV.

Location is brilliant...very close to airport...we hired a car..safe parking....lovely pool....can't wait to come back.

The Masseria is absolutely amazing, the way they managed to keep the old architecture and consolidate the building is great! We had a spacious room and very well equipped, the food for breakfast and dinner is 100% local and it was delicious, including the lovely selection of local wines. Laying on the sun bed in the garden is just the best way to start your day.
