There was actually nothing much to dislike everything was quite okay

The staff at the Hotel Lagorai, where you have to check in, were very helpful. They took me from the hospital in the evening (with a broken arm and ski boots on my feet) directly to the Affittacamere Garden Cavalese hotel. Many thanks again! My hotel in Cermis 2000 m.a.s.l. was no longer accessible due to the closed cable cars in the late hours. Many thanks for the vending machine for water and food, which also saved me. The Garden hotel is nicely furnished and also has a ski bus stop in front of the entrance.

Loved Hotel San Valier. This was actually my 2nd visit to the hotel and both times have been as part of a motorcycle touring trip. I paid up for a superior room and was glad i had - the superior rooms are all recently refurbished and are really very pleasant places to stay. In addition, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, the breakfast was fabulous and i felt safe parking my motorcycle. It was a short and pleasant walk into the main town to find a great selection of surprisingly good value restaurants. really enjoyed our stay at this location.

It was a lovely stay with very friendly staff. Parking was great and they even offered to park the bikes in a garage. The room was great with balcony, and breakfast was excellent. And the location was great with a 10 minutes walk into the main town area.

They kindly accommodated my request, including providing breakfast for my early check-in.

Lovely hotel with lots of charm, great facilities and location. Pool and spa were nice areas to relax in and the hotel is next to a park which was great for walking and peaceful.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the spa and pool were well-equipped and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Our room was the smallest category in the hotel, yet it was absolutely huge — incredibly spacious and far beyond our expectations. Everything was extremely comfortable, from the bed to all the amenities. The location is unbeatable, right at the foot of the mountain. You can step outside and go straight to the slopes, with breathtaking mountain views all around. Truly an incredible experience. The mountain instructors were excellent — extremely professional and supportive. The food was absolutely fabulous and exceeded all expectations, served in an elegant dining room with impeccable atmosphere. A special thank you to Max, our waiter, to the head receptionist for the outstanding service, and to our ski maestro, who was incredibly kind and talented.

We had a little motorbike tour from UK > Italy and this hotel was in perfect location for us, Everything about this hotel was great from the staff to the downstairs pool a lovely little place to chill out and sit about for an hour on an evening. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful, friendly service. Beautiful reception area upon entry. On-site parking available. Lots of great facilities for children including a kids play room. Pet friendly with lots of fur babies around. Room was a good size with a nice balcony and spacious bathroom. Room was clean and daily room service was provided while we were at breakfast. Great selection for breakfast buffet. Delicious food at the restaurant for dinner.

The staff was extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The premises were spotless, perfectly maintained, and of the highest standard of cleanliness.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this lovely small family-run hotel. The hotel is very cozy, and the rooms have been beautifully renovated. You can really feel that everything has been done with a lot of love and attention to detail. There is also a small spa area with everything you need to relax and unwind. The location is perfect: very central and close to restaurants and shops. The private parking is also a big plus and makes everything very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and felt almost like at home. The staff were extremely friendly, always happy to answer our questions and gave us great recommendations. Thank you for making our stay so nice! 🫶
