Great location, lovely staff, good breakfast. Good value overall

The room was great and the location is absolutely stunning! We only stayed for one night but loved having breakfast in the sunny terrace. The breakfast was varied and the communication with the staff was great. Honestly a 10/10!

Great place to stay for a tired, cold pilgrim Super comfortable and moderm

I stayed at this property just for the restaurant and was emotional about how good the food was.

Beautiful place, right on the Via Francigena

It is a nice, well-appointed property which is well maintained. Despite the old-fashioned design —especially the somewhat dated bathrooms— it is a pleasant place, with very kind staff and a gorgeous countryside view.

The property is really beautiful! The swimming pool is so relaxing and all the tanning beds are so comfortable. The breakfast and coffee is fantastic. The owner is so friendly and caring.

The room is fresh and spacious. Super modern bathroom, fantastic spacious shower, clever storage, bath and shower sets of excellent quality. Efficient and quiet air-conditioner. Bed is super comfortable plus pillows are great which is rare in hotels of any level. Close to San Gimignano.

unbelievable. It was like a fairy tale. Definitely recommened. You can visit both siena and san gim. in 25 min by car. staff was perfect, villa and rooms are very good. Breakfast very good, the view is out of this world. You can even find draft beer

Beautiful place to stay, the staff are incredible and it was so relaxing

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bath was most appreciated after walking in rain all day. Well placed to the camino trail. Has its owns restaurant, includes breakfast and has a lovely pool for warmer months.

A nice property within walking distance to town.

The breakfast, the hospitality

Everything , it was just perfect

Perched on a hill with stunning views and generous rooms.

Beautiful and friendly hotel. The rooms were clean and roomy. The service was good and the breakfast was great.

Very nice hotel, especialy at evening when all the little light are on. The pool depth was good for adult and children. Nice that you can order coctails and snack to the pool area. Very good restaurant: the food and the staff were perfect. Highly recomende

Small breakfast and juice and of course espresso/cappuccino all for €5. The hotel was built in the 50s I think, and it has stayed just like that since, simple and clean. So the retro feel is nice but this is the second time station there for me. I came back later in my trip because of returning to that region I stayed again. Price and location and the comfort of the place works for me. I saw some people in reviews complaining about the hotel being a walk-up. I stayed on the top floor both times and I don't find it a problem. The owners are super kind. There's parking options, unlike several of the other hotels I've stayed at. Oh and I found the cleanest laundromat on the other side of the tracks of you need it. Very pleasant experience both times.

For us just a night to sleep, true value for money and super friendly staff. Comfortable bed, good AC and easy to access next to the highway. Room had a little renovation.

The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to help me and my group. Incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. It's always difficult dealing with a group of 20+ people but they never once made it seem like they were bothered by us even when our situation was definitely a bit annoying. We will definitely return.

Location is great, especially for people who like to stretch their legs (25-30min nice and easy walk up to San Gimignano, walking trail). One must have a car to go anywhere else though (Siena, Volterra, Chianti region in ca.30-40min). Parking available. Breakfast was wonderful and tasty, plenty to choose from. Hotel is super clean and all staff is nice. Nice outdoor pools.

We had a wonderfully stay. It was lovely to get to know Donatella, her husband and the family that run the hotel. They all went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Also, thanks to Andrea, Julia, Aliss and Valentina that went out of their way to met all our needs with a smile. We were sad to leave as this family made us really feel welcome and at home. Will definitely go back.
