The hotel was just what we needed in chaotic period of Christmas Holidays. There was never a lot of people, the pool area was empty dooring the sunny period from 11am-2pm so we somehow felt alone in a private spa. The temperature of the pools was 32 degrees and the outside heated pool often felt warmer. Location is quiet, don't expect any interesting restaurants and events. there is only beautiful nature and hiking options, with close proximity to great ski areas and old towns.

I very much liked the friendliness and availability of all the staff members. From the lovely receptionists who went above and beyond to make as feel at home (they even lent us a plug adaptor which we forgot to bring with us!), to the cleaning ladies always greeting you with a smile and of course the impeccable metre and restaurant staff, who made as feel valued and like at home. I can wholeheartedly say that the politeness, helpfulness and attention of staff has been second to none! The location was beautiful, the hotel is clean and modern yet with a family feeling to it. I would not hesitate one second to recommend this hotel. Thank you for having made our holiday one to remember fondly! I hope to be able to come back again in the future!

I had such a wonderful stay here. The hospitality was amazing!! everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains, which makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The spa was definitely my favorite part. There’s so much to enjoy, from the jacuzzi to the calming atmosphere, but the massage really stood out—it was one of the best I’ve had, and the lady who gave it was incredibly kind and professional. The room were very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent throughout my stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were exceptionally gracious and made me feel like a valued guest from the very first moment. Their warm welcome and genuine care set the tone for the whole experience. A special thanks as well to the restaurant manager, whose kindness and attentiveness made every meal feel special—he went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and added a personal touch that I truly appreciated. I did encounter a small issue during my visit, but the management handled it immediately and provided a thoughtful solution that left me completely satisfied.😊 Overall, this hotel is a beautiful, peaceful retreat with outstanding service and wonderful people. I’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature. ⛰️🌲🌳
