Beautiful location on the edge of a village but surrounded by fields and vineyards. Comfortable rooms with the bonus of a shared kitchen theat guests can make use of if they don’t want to eat out. Added bonus was a fridge full of local wine to try. Andrea, the host was incredibly friendly and a mine of local information, from where to visit to finding the best route to get there. Breakfast in the garden was a highlight. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The owners were really engaged and friendly. The place is obviously taken care of with love and the the hosts want to make sure, that you are having a good time in their place. The breakfast is nice and delivered to your room and there is even a record player with selected records there.

Faedis is a small, quiet town in the province of Udine.

Faedis is a small, quiet town in the province of Udine. In the evenings, after 7:30 PM, businesses close and there are very few people around. However, there are several bars and restaurants to eat in and around Faedis. And it's only 14 km from Udine. The silence of the night is broken only by the ringing of the church bells.

A quiet village nestled amidst farmland and vineyards, with...

A quiet village nestled amidst farmland and vineyards, with mountains in sight. Otherwise, it's a peaceful village with a few trattorias and bistros, which usually close much earlier than advertised. Everything is within a few minutes' walk, and there's a petrol station.

Excellent value for money, I'd say! Newly renovated property surrounded by vineyards. Excellent dinner and superb in-house wine! The staff makes you feel right at home... we'll definitely be back!
