The hotel is very beautiful and clean! You have hot water and the room is very warm! The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very polite and kind! I totally recommend it!! We will return for sure!

Everyone who works there is near perfect. The room was ideal. The spa service was brilliant, as was the location. Breakfast was ideal. The bartender i have to say not only made me a cosmopolitan that brought a smile to my face. His aura was just magnificent. You are very lucky to have him. I'd happily steal him for Scotland as that's how a bartender should be. Exceptional stay. I will be back on my next motorbike tour

The hotel quite big, but cozy. Good location. From hotel you can ski to the lift and back to hotel. The room was newly renovated.

The rooms were comfortable, and cleaned very well. Super attentive staff, and a nice sauna! We also had dinners at the hotel a couple of times and the food was very good 😊 We were extremely happy with our stay :)

A cozy hotel with caring staff We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Serena. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the reception — everything was explained clearly, and the staff was very helpful. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh, high-quality products. Special thanks to the staff for their attentiveness throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway. We truly recommend it!

Niceest host and service personell I‘ve ever experienced, rooms in perfect and clean condition. Breakfast is very good, they even have honeycomb honey. Will come again! And impressive garage… ;)

The Madonna delle Nevi family & extended family (staff) are just so nice & friendly it was just like being part of their family. The facilities are great & the spa is fabulous! The food is exceptional & well presented. The location to the ski lift & ski hire shop is super close & lovely after a long day skiing!

Great location and excellent food. The spa facilities were good and all staff super friendly and helpful - a particular mention to our waiter Manuel who went over and beyond to assist us, and to Mr Corrado who was the perfect maitre d’hotel.
