convenient location, very helpful staff, good bang for the buck. I had a very late check in, like, really late, almost too early for the next day, however the front desk gentleman was really nice to help me get some rest for the remainder of the night. Although my shower took forever to turn hot and I almost run out of time and had to get back on the road I still enjoyed this old school hotel in the building that is at least a hundred years old.

    We loved staying in this bed and breakfast place! It is family owned business and they all do everything they can, above and beyond, so that their guests will feel comfortable and happy. The building was recently renovated and beautiful, the room was big and very comfortable, and the location could not be better! Few minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the promenade. We hope to come again.

    Problem of Follonica services - not working parking automats, no parking place, not working garbage baskets/containers. But great nightlife, many place to spend and enjoy day and night time. Aqua park is wonderfull, night park with carts, mini-golf and many other games. Restaurants to enjoy all types of food.

    This hotel is a wonderful gem located right on the beach! It offers the ideal Italian beach holiday experience, with the added convenience of staying just steps away from the shore. Each room comes with reserved sunbeds on the beach, ensuring a completely hassle-free stay. The front desk team is exceptionally accommodating and supportive, always ready to assist with restaurant reservations and more. The breakfast is delightful, and the lunch options are equally great.

    Cute little hotel a few blocks away from the main strip. Also very close to the ocean. There is a big campsite right across, so need to go around to access the sand. Our room had everything we needed and the room was a good size (nice tall ceilings). Bed was ok! Breakfast was great and had lots of different options as well as nice coffees. The service at the front desk was superb going above and beyond to help us out!
