Nice and cozy hotel with decent location. Skibus station was right under the hotel but we used a car to go to Kronplatz Miara lift (5 min) and to Alta Badia (30 min). Staff was friendly and amazing.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast, bed, room, location and all additional attracions offered by hotel. That what I have to mention is the staff. Everything was superb! One of the best experiences we had, with a view to the mountains. It is basically next to the ski lift, so while being there during the summer we had a lovely time hiking around. We were in an apartment, having a bedroom a spacious living room and a separate bathroom. And the spa part, simply awesome! I would also highlight how friendly and flexible the staff was. Thanks!

Having visited over 30 countries in Europe, the Cavallino is our favorite hotel! The staff at this beautiful family run hotel are all wonderful. The property has been in the family since the mid-1800's. The new hotel was built in 2010 and was built to very high standards. The food (both breakfast and dinner) are delicious. Definitely purchase the pre-paid dinner: a delicious 5-course meal and, If the pre-set menu doesn't suit you, you can order off of their dinner menu. They offer several vegetarian entrees. The views from the rooms are amazing! We stayed three nights. On the first night of our stay, the hotel provided complimentary drinks and appetizers before dinner on the back patio. This was our third stay at the Cavallino in ten years and we are never disappointed. At 5 or 6 pm, the local cows are paraded up the street wearing their bells. Fun to watch! Even some of the lovely art work was created by mother and daughter of the large hotel family.

The location is really nice and the rooms are very spacious and give a feeling of coziness. The food was great, especially the pea soup with shrimp. The waiters did a great job and made everything feel like home, really professional work from them.
