Offering free parking and modern rooms with balcony and free WiFi, Hotel I Crespi is located at the entrance of Grosseto, 0.9 mi from the city center. Very modern hotel. Looks new! Friendly staff. A 10 minute walk to the centre. Breakfast was good. Loads of parking at the front. Would stay there again.
Set in central Grosseto, this large 4-star hotel offers modern rooms. Good breakfast, spacious room and bathroom. Seems to have had a major refurb as returned after many years.
Hotel Nuova Grosseto is set in the city center, in Piazza della Stazione, next to the train station and bus terminus. It offers breakfast and free Wi-Fi. I enjoyed the hotel was very clean. It was right near the train station. The staff was extremely helpful. The cappuccino was amazing!
Just outside the medieval city walls, Albergo San Lorenzo is 5 minutes' walk from Grosseto Train Station. Rooms feature air conditioning and a mini-bar. Wi-Fi is free in all the rooms. Great location for seeing the sights and especially for walking "the wall." Varied restaurants within walking distance and scores of stores. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the balcony off the bedroom. (Room 304) Refrigerator in ample-sized room. Varied foods for breakfast which we ate outside on the lovely terrace. Our planned one night stay turned into three nights! We very much enjoyed our quiet, tranquilo visit in Grosseto! Many thanks
Set in the historical center of Grosseto, Grand Hotel Bastiani offers elegant rooms with satellite TV and air-conditioning. San Lorenzo Cathedral is just 328 feet away. Lovely hotel in a beautiful location inside the walled community of Grosseto. The staff were very friendly and the room and facilities were wonderful. Because the hotel is just inside the wall, it made it very easy for taxi pickup. Beautiful restaurants very close by. A beautiful location which we would visit again.
Offering a restaurant, Hotel Lea is located in Grosseto. Each room here will provide you with air conditioning. Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer and a bidet.

Nice small Italian town. The museum is worth a visit and the bike ride to the Marina is on a flat and completely separate bike path, through nice countryside, about 13 kms each way and a very easy ride. AVOID Bar Del Corso, by the church, where we were charged E6.50 for a glass of Prosecco (usually about 3 euro) AS WELL AS a 6 euro charge for table service!! That's more than we paid in Rome...and totally outrageous!!
Gorgeous place with lots to do nearby. We loved the sea, the mountains, and all the great restaurants and shops in the historic center of Grosseto. The park with children’s playground at the historic center was very fun our children as well.
Grosseto is a must visit place. The tranquility of the place will take you to the next level of experience of your journey Stunning views, castles, ruins termal baths. Restaurants are fantastic! Perfect for running, cycling, yoga or just come and retreat yourself!
We were very happy we decided to train into Grosseto as a side trip into beautiful Toscana country. We found Grosseto very much to our liking. Quiet, tranquilo, lovely climate. (Sept. 21, 22, 23) We walked for miles enjoying "no crowds!!" Many restaurants, shopping, monuments, piazzas... Our planned one night stay turned into three nights at the very pleasant Albergo San Lorenzo. Hope to return some day.
Small town with an equally small old town district. Shopping appears to be fine. I did not have much time to look around but in the little time I had, I did not see much that interested me. I suppose that a more motivated visitor would be happier.
We were really just here overnight to do laundry and return our rental car so we could train into Rome. We did get to see the Duomo, but would have liked to had time to view the ancient excavations outside of town.

Alessandra and Andrea were incredible hosts. They even took us to the station with no additional cost. The building and the room are amazing, great architecture and atmosphere, not far away from the city centre. Definitely, is worth staying there if you are visiting Grosseto.

Great location. The concept is more of a self-service hostel than a hotel, but they are transparent about this so the room (it wasn’t much more than that) met all expectations I had.

There was a nice sunflower next to the hotel (but outside, in another property). The food in the restaurant was also good.
