The location of the hotel is very nice, clean, and the staff are very respectful and kind, especially the receptionist

Great AC, as it was over 100° F during our stay. Room has big bathroom / shower facility. Good location on the square of Impruneta. Staff was great in planning for us as we have a baby (crib, room location, etc.)

The staff were so helpful and friendly we had a great stay and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Great view and yummy breakfast !

Green view, old fashioned architecture, amazing lightning in the build make me so comfortable.

Great Tuscan style family villa. Bus stop to the city is just across the road. Buses take around 10 minutes to reach Ponte Vecchio.

This accommodation is a beautiful home with luxurious, unique rooms. There are expansive grounds, well appointed rooms, welcoming common areas to sit. The rain shower is lovely and the coffee maker and tea kettle in the room was a bonus. Staff is very kind and helpful for any recommendations for local attractions (winery visits) or to assist with dinner reservations. Breakfast has something for everyone!

The view , the service , the staff , everything about this place is great 😍

Gorgeous old villa in a magical setting close to Downtown yet secluded. The added values that makes this property superlative is the staff. Attentive, polite yet charming they made my stay absolutely perfect. I am a disabled traveller with a service dog so I can be demanding at times, but in this case they really made sure I had all I needed before I even asked for it!

Staying here is really value for money. Breakfast selection was great! Room was also cozy. Connecting to the internet was a breeze. I loved the patio area outside the restaurant.

I loved our rooms and the breakfast. The location was perfect and it was so beautiful the views.

Nice and clean and great location

This is a beautiful place in San casciano .. the views are breathtaking. It is originally a family home and they turned it to this beautiful bed and breakfast . Our host Lorenzo was just Amazing, so welcoming and went out of his way to recommend places around florence and tuscany .. the breakfast was the beat we have had in italy. I would definitely come back again .. ❤️❤️

All was good, breakfast special thanks! A bit cold in the room.

The beautiful place and the kindness people ever thank you.

The room was large, comfortable and elegant! The property is gorgeous. Breakfast was a delight!

Large room, great staff. And the linens and the room weren’t covered in fragrances. They used free and clear or fragrance free laundry detergent which is very hard to find in a hotel these days. They didnt have scents sprayed anywhere, amazing! I was actually able to get a good nights sleep because I wasn’t covered in chemicals. And they had onsite parking! Loved this hotel, was the best placed I stayed in my entire trip.

The hotel staff were amazing and very accommodating! Sam took exceptional care of our family, as some of us were sick during our trip. We loved the summer room for a special tea time and enjoyed the beautiful garden of the hotel. The location was superb.

Great hosts, very helpful although not so good English language. Nice apartment with a bit old furniture but in a nice and quiet location.
