Spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with new pots and pans. Nepresso coffee machine. Moderate hard foam mattress. Owners very respectful of privacy. Large grocery store 10 minutes walking. Very quiet neighborhood. On the edge of the old town, so about a 20 minute walk uphill to the main pedestrian road. We found a nice route by the fort. Easy access to main roads for touring the Gran Sasso area. Surprised how busy the old town was. Lots of tourists. Lots of cafes.

The location was great, the room was very clean, it was very easy to check in and communicate with the owner. There was a common kitchen that was fully furnished.
