Exceptional!! The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions and in central Castelrotto. Parking was very convenient at the back of hotel at an extra small fee. Rooms very clean and spacious. Ours was facing the back with mountain views. Breakfast was excellent too. I couldn't have certain things cause of my lactose intolerance but I had a good choice of fresh fruit (melon, prunes and blueberries to name a few ) and had a choice of fried or scrambled eggs. Reception personnel were very welcoming and helpful. Our stay at Hotel zum Wolf made our holiday even more pleasurable. Also, our favourite restaurant was just a few minutes walk away.

Everything! The location was not too touristy and acted as a good base for us to access to the attractions. The staff made us feel very welcomed and was extremely helpful with recommendations. We also got complementary bus passes which lasted for 7 days! Room was clean and spacious, and we got a double room facing the main road and benefitted from a cool mountain view. Breakfast was included which included a variety of bread and cereal. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful location. Quiet. Very very clean and tidy and all well presented with high quality product. Very unique driveway to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and filling. Always hot and prompt. Evening meals were brilliant. 5 courses at a very good price. The views were breathtaking and from the room and dining area. Shower was very good and the blackout blinds really worked. You might even wake up with clouds rolling along at room height. Go and try the high up swing seat not far from hotel. Very nice. Ringing of bells from church also a peaceful sound. For such a small place it had everything locally.

The view was incredible. Location was great and breakfast was fantastic. Can't recommend enough.

The location was terrific. The rooms, restaurant and facilities were all exceptional. But what really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone from the wait staff to cleaning staff, bar staff and reception were so happy, friendly and helpful. We felt we were in the happiest place on earth.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were friendly and the beds were very comfortable. The free parking on site was very convenient and the location was good, whilst it was close to the town centre, I wouldn't want to walk up and down the hill to get there though so we are glad we had a car. The views are incredible though! Loved the selection of pools and my husband frequented the spa area often. The breakfast and food in general was delicious too!

The hotel gave a very warm welcome, from the friendly pick up at the station to the welcome drink and friendly staff. The hotel was incredibly generous with their large buffet for breakfast, enormous dinner in the evening and a huge buffet ‘snack’ in the afternoon! The service was always polite and friendly. The owners Lukas and Matteus and receptionist Judith, were so patient answering many of our questions, making suggestions for our walking routes, planning our onward travel etc. The walking is fabulous. Excellent freely available maps with all the different numbered routes marked. A guest card allowing free travel on the hourly bus service meant lots of opportunities to begin walks at different points. The views from our balcony, from the terrace and all around are beautiful. The flowers and hotel garden were lovely. We had a wonderful week!

The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are very comfortable. Staff are polite and accommodating. The hotel’s restaurant has a very unique vibe that serves delicious meals. I highly recommend this place.

Both the room and bathroom were really spacious and it was ultra clean. The owner of the staff were sweet and helpful. The good distance to the beautiful sights. The food at the restaurant were also nice.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff, great food, the location is scenic whilst still accessible. We stayed in June and there were hiking routes from the front door up to Alp di Siusi plateau. Also only 20 minutes drove to the plateau. The facilities are fantastic, sauna pool were very relaxing. The staff were all friendly and spoke perfect English (as well as German, Italian, french, based on other guests)

The staff was very friendly and the spa area was very modern. The location of the hotel is relatively central (not even a 5 min walk)
