This stunning palace, which exudes historical charm, beautifully preserves its heritage while offering modern comforts. As you step into the property, it's easy to feel like you're walking through a storybook. The grand interiors and elegant rooms are set against the backdrop of lush, beautifully manicured gardens, which only add to the tranquil atmosphere. The feeling of walking through the palace is not one of formality, but rather warmth and welcoming, as if you're stepping into a beloved family home. The staff, especially in the breakfast restaurant, were beyond accommodating. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like part of their family, making sure every need was met with a smile. I have to highlight the exceptional service in the breakfast area, where the staff made us feel so well cared for, and they were eager to engage with our 3-year-old, which made us feel even more at home. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and memorable as possible. We booked the Presidential Suite, and it was perfect for our family. The room was not only spacious, but also elegantly furnished with a sense of grandeur that only added to the experience. The large windows offered a breathtaking view overlooking the city, which was especially lovely when the sun set and the lights of Rieti twinkled in the distance. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. For Christmas lunch, we had pre-booked, and I was particularly impressed by how well the staff catered to my dietary requirements as a Muslim. The five-course meal was absolutely delicious, prepared with great care and love. Each dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with attention to quality ingredients.

The proprietors happily went over and above to accommodate some of my special requests. The room was clean and comfortable. The linens and towels were good quality. The staff was kind and responsive. I plan to return at the end of my journey for a few more nights.

The hostess was amazing. Apart from speaking English, she helped me arrange a bus ticket and answered my questions as to getting around town. The apartment was superb! I highly recommend this place. I have traveled 2 months from hotel to hotel. This is by far the best place I stayed. Try to stay at least two days or more. The town of Reite is worth a visit of at least a few days. The place is located in a quiet ally near everything. There is reason she is rated highly at 4.6/5 on Google.
