The room was very clean, with nice furniture and tasteful decoration. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which had a stunning view. Another plus was the on-site restaurant, open until 9:30 pm for last orders, which was very convenient. Of course, the parking too.

Staff were really friendly and nice!(Even despite our late check in) Room is decent, the bed is soft, but the best part is a view from the balcony! This view on the vineyard and delicious breakfast made our day! 10/10!

This was one of the best traveling experiences. The hosts were exceptional. Francesca and her husband put a lot of effort and care for their guests. You will feel like at home. Francesca is hospitality at it's best, always there in the right moment and in true caring way, in the same time you can enjoy all the peace of natural enviroment located just few minutes away from beautiful city centre of Cividale. If you are little more on an active side, Francesca's husband will give you all the clues and options that are waiting just around the corner- hiking, road biking, mountain biking etc. We took a nice morning bike ride through Faedis, Canebola and Masarolis. The nature all around is spectacular and roads are not busy. Cividale and its surroundings offers a lot: nature and sport, historical places and bars and restaurants. At least three days would be best to get something of everything, but with Francesca's smile and her coffee you wish you would never leave. Visited a lot of places in Italy and this is a true gem.

Stunning place. The kids (3 and 10) loved the castle, which looks to be straight out of a fairy tale. For the parents, the place is quiet, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are big and comfortable, the bathrooms large and spotless. The terrace is magnificent and a huge plus in summer. The host is absolutely charming and makes a fantastic job maintaining the place. The place is close to very nice outdoor spots both in Italy and Slovenia,
