Lovely staff and the restaurant on site was/is super! Pool area was good and the overall location was super. Montefalco is cloeby and a nice visit. Close to other Umbrian sites/cities/attractions.

Everything was above expectations: a new, well equipped and spotless apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets in windows, outdoor dining under olive trees, beautifull clean pool with panoramic views and horses , of course. We spent perfect holidays here, the apartment was great strating point for various nice excursions and trips both to the nature and Umbria towns and villages.

Breakfast felt just like home. Plenty of variety of jams, cheeses, cold cuts, different coffee choices, etc. Bedrooms are big and comfortable, bathrooms have good water pressure and the water temperature is also great. The farm animals are an attraction on their own, and kids will love it.
