The staff of the Locanda Santamarina was extremely pleasant and helpful with anything that we needed. The room was beautiful and comfortable and coupled with the very central but also quiet location made this hotel an excellent choice for our stay in Palermo. Can't wait to return. The owner greeted us and the staff were so friendly. Behind the battered entrance lies an oasis. All the guests i met felt the same. From the roof terrace to the bwdroom to the grounds to the indoor heated plunge pool. Nothing could be faulted. Decent restaurant next door. Marina and Buttina museum 7 min walk. Heaven! My only fear is it will get so popular i wont be able to get a room. Thank you so much made our last night in Pallermo so special.

Great choice in a good central location. Our room was fantastic with all we needed from a fantastic shower to a very comfortable bed. There is an aura of calm in the hotel and everyone is friendly and efficient. Great buffet breakfast too.

very clean, pleasant smell in the hotel and room, which is very important to me. Breakfast is standard - coffee and croissant. but the service of the girl at the reception is a different story. I have not seen this in the best hotels. This is a VIP service. it's like you're in a sail hotel in Dubai. For her sake I would return to this hotel 100%
