We had an incredible stay here in the run up to our wedding. All staff were attentive, kind and couldn’t do enough for us. They made us feel so special! The hotel is beautiful with fantastic facilities and we also used the spa, which was great. I will definitely return.

Beautiful style of the hotel, we had a room with a view to Etna. It is a small but very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff is nice.

I got a room with very bad Air Conditioning, but as soon as i requested to change the room, they did straight away. Thanks to the staff.

I liked everything I wish I could have stayed more days! The food was excellent, the rooms and Shower were perfect 💞 I would like to make a suggestion,, about the availability of the Taxis, since the hotel is in the outskirts of the the City, wouldn't it be more convenient to have a cab stationed nearby! The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the bus station and the town center, seaview from all the main areas, amazing garden, live music in the bar every evening! The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast very good, even freshly squeezed juice froom Sicilian oranges! Staff was very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel!

The room we booked was beautiful,modern, and spacious , breakfast was superb, view amazing. We had no time for apa facilities, but I believe it would have been a pleasant experience .

It was a good stay in this hotel. WiFi was on high speed, room was clean. The personel was very helpful and nice. Location is perfect for walking around the city on foot. Breakfast was also tasty, it was something sweet but not only, You could make a sandwich also. It was a really good stay for me

The staff is super nice and helpful (gave us advice, helped us with directions, allowed us to check out super early with no issues). The hotel itself is really close to the Palazzo dei Normani and about 15-20 minutes walk from the center. This was perfect for us because the city center can get quite busy so it was nice being able to escape to a quieter area at night. It is also about a 20 minute walk from the Palermo Central station but you also have a ton of bus options if you prefer to take transportation. The room we stayed in was big and spacious with a super comfortable bed, plus a nice balcony to enjoy the night breeze. Breakfast had great croissants and fresh fruit every morning. All in all we were really happy with the hotel and we think it's a great choice when visiting Palermo.

We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel. First of all, the reception staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed, from recommendations about the city and restaurant suggestions to practical advice on how to get around and the best times to visit different places. Every recommendation they gave us was excellent. No matter what questions we had, they were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was spotless and impeccably clean. The building has a charming, authentic Italian atmosphere and reminded us of a traditional Italian villa or palace, with elegant interiors and plenty of character. The location is another major advantage. It is right in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian area, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. Overall, we could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo.

The place was super clean and confortable. The breakfast was AMAZING! We really loved to try all the different sicilian pastries and we’re surprised by the granitta com panna and ricotta fresca!
