The staff was very kind and helpful, gave us great beach recommendations and other suggestions when we asked. The buffet style breakfast had great variety and was delicious. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The AC was on when we arrived, which was welcome in the Sicilian heat. There was conveniently private parking available within a 5 minute walk, otherwise you can also park in front of the hotel (though space is a bit tight). There was also a restaurant and we ate very tasty pizzas. Location was also very central in Ibla, close to shops, restaurants and a lovely park.

We would have preferred to have a kettle in the room itself, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, they actually upgraded our room as we were there for the week.

Friendly staff and excelent description of all the main sights in town. Location is in between the two parts of town, easy short walk to the cathedral with many great dining options and also near the stairs to Ibla. Very good and fresh breakfast

The location of the hotel. The room size with 2 balconies and a view of the garden and pool areas.Quiet location. Great viewing on tv with Netflix.large comfortable quiet room. Great breakfast room and breakfast. Friendly staff. A wonderful green oasis garden and pool area it’s a pity the weather was not warm enough to enjoy them. An easy walk down to Ragusa Ibla and back again. Would recommend.

Very well arranged hotel set in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was super comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Great location to explore Ragusa and nearby.

Outstanding Sicilian breakfast

Great location almost in city center. Very friendly and careful owner, offered us where to park a car for free and met as at parking lot. Offered best places to visit, eat and visit places/cities after our stay in Lues rooms.
