I did like everything in the hotel. An elegant disign of the hotel, friendly stuff members, cosy room, bathroom is shining with cleaness. The most incredible thing is the feeling that we found ourselves in a forest fairy tale. The location is simply excellent, complete unification with nature combined with modern comfort.

Although there was a big party of people;we did not hear any unwanted noise . The quietness of this place surrounding nature was good for the soul

Very nice hotel with beautiful garden, welcoming staff and good breakfast. In April we were almost the only clients, yet easy checkin and checkout plus breakfast made only for us. Free parking for few cars. Beach just across the street.

The hotel has a beautiful setting next to lava flows and is a great location for access to Etna. The breakfast is a superb buffet with delicious local honey and the rooms are very comfortable and well designed for the mountain environment. By far the best part of our experience was the hospitality, welcome and accessibility of the owners and learning of the fascinating human history of the place. They were very willing to spend time talking about and answering questions on local history as well as giving advice on what to do and see in the area.

Very surprising little find! The owner and staff were great, room was great, location is great for checking out mount Etna. Cool rooftop terrace, great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend. Especially for the price.

The room we booked was beautiful,modern, and spacious , breakfast was superb, view amazing. We had no time for apa facilities, but I believe it would have been a pleasant experience .

Everything was excellent, especially staff (Annalisa and other employees were very pleasant and nice). They gave us plenty of excellent recommendations for restaurants and everything else.. The place is very clean, peaceful, and with nice lower temperatures compared to Taormina, so you can really enjoy next to beautiful swimming pool. One of the best staff members that we ever had an opportunity to meet (compared to a lot of 5 star hotels we've been) gave this beautiful place additional quality and full recommendations. They are also producers of local food so during your stay you should try these products.

The breakfast was excellent. The location not easy to find especially if you are there for the first time. The staff is well trained, kind and ready and eager to go the extra mile to please you. Marzia received us and she is the milk of human kindness. Fabrizio in the bar is a genius of cocktails. Sonia the massagist is first class and very experienced. Chiara in the restaurant is excellent

Everything was excellent, high quality. The facilities, private terrace with sunbeds, the very hospitable and helpful Nadir in the reception, the serviceminded breakfastlady and the team at the restaurant, with great suggestions and where we had the best pizzas of our lives.

A brand new hotel / restaurant, ideal location to climb Etna. Good restaurant with a great view of Catane, tasty breakfast and above all a very kind staff ready to make your stay as fine as possible. We have also appreciate the possibility to have sandwiches to hike Etna. Big parking available and great view of Catane and AEtna
